Who Would Benefit from the Somatic Enneagram?
The Somatic Enneagram™ is for anyone interested in personalized, transformative personal development. It’s also ideal for coaches, spiritual directors, mental health therapists and practitioners, educators and parents interested in transformative and sustainable personal change and growth — for not only themselves, but to better inform their work and/or parenting as well.
We highly recommend that prior to your first Somatic Enneagram module that you know your own Enneagram type as well as are familiar with all nine Enneagram types. There are many Enneagram schools and programs available in order to learn about the Enneagram and discover your own type accurately, including The Narrative Enneagram (TNE), whose teachings are foundational to our methodology.
Aside from Enneagram types familiarity, the most important quality to nurture in ourselves in order to get the most out of the Somatic Enneagram program is self-reflection, which is a capacity developed by having cultivated one’s own “Inner Observer.”
