THE POWERFUL BENEFITS OF IN-PERSON LEARNING
We are very excited to be offering our first three foundational modules, Modules 1, 2, and 3 IN-PERSON! Led by Marion Gilbert and supported by newly certified Somatic Enneagram Facilitators, in-person modules are something that just can’t be duplicated online, on ZOOM. While we do our very best to provide optimal learning experiences while online, there is nothing that compares to the energetic support and camaraderie of group learning, side by side, across a handful of days. Opportunities for discussion, sharing, and processing with others cannot be underestimated.
These three modules, each spanning two days, will include a multitude of experiences and teachings:
- Didactic learnings of the Somatic Enneagram’s Modules 1, 2, and 3.
- Inner Practices to cultivate the Inner Observer, Grounded Presence, and Placement of Attention.
- Interactive exercises for developing received knowing, feeling, and sensing.
- Breakout groups for sharing conversation and experience.
- Didactic Somatic Enneagram: understanding type structure and our defense system.
- Integration practices and movement.
- Includes guided meditations, guided inner practices.
- Includes labyrinth walks intending to highlight something that may be hidden in our shadow in order to receive new understanding and insight.
