This very special retreat features guided and personalized Somatic Enneagram practices to deepen our inner witnessing capacity and experience our true essential nature.

We will live in community at the Dromgarriff’s Silver Birch House—one of the stunning houses on this estate in South West Ireland, with spectacular views of Bantry Bay.

Sessions facilitated by Marion Gilbert will deepen our understanding and increase our capacity to experience three-centered awareness. We will work to develop the different levels of Inner Observing.  We will learn to consciously work with the defense system, which contains the convertible energy for transformation.

Gurdjieff said, “Self-remembering requires conscious work and voluntary suffering.”

Experiential activities include inner practices and somatic activities to connect with body intelligence, integrating all three centers energetically. We will walk the Enneagram symbol with music and movement to sense deeply into our whole being.

The grounds are ideal for walking and introspection, journaling and reflection. Additional activities can include enjoying the sauna, swimming in the ocean, or strolling in Glengarriff Village, only minutes away.

Everyone will be guided through their own inner process, meeting you where you are, facilitated by Marion Gilbert R.P.T. Participation is limited to 19 individuals.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations cancelled on or before FEB 1 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations on or before FEB 15 will receive a full refund, minus a $200.00 processing fee. Cancellations after FEB 15 2025 will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future Somatic Enneagram Certification training, minus a $200.00 processing fee. The program tuition credit (minus a $200.00 processing fee) will be held as a credit for one year. Cancellations after FEB 28 2025 will not be refunded nor credited, and accommodations fees will be forfeited.
