BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS AT ASILOMAR >>  LINK TO BE AVAILABLE SOON
Once you have registered for the course (link above), in a  few days you will receive a separate email with an ONLINE ASILOMAR LINK in order for you to book your group-rate accommodations directly with Asilomar (selecting a single room, double, triple or quad), identify any meal limitations, or choose a “commuter meal plan” for those of who will not be staying at Asilomar, but staying offsite some other place.

STAYING AT ASILOMAR EXTRA NIGHTS
We welcome and encourage you to stay at Asilomar the night before program start, Tuesday, July 19 as well as to stay the night of Sunday, July 24, for those of you scheduling travel on Monday, July 25.

STAYING ON PREMISES IS RECOMMENDED
While you have a choice as to where to stay during the program, we encourage you to stay on premise, at Asilomar, for an enhanced group experience — one that is focused and supportive. Staying on campus equally prevents our group from mingling outside in the community, an extra step in keeping the risk of contraction of Covid to a minimum.

COVID MANAGEMENT >> We are now reviewing current COVID rules and mandates and will be taking our registrants’safety very seriously. We realize that much could change between now and the summertime, and we will be taking any such changes into account. And, if for any reason there is another COVID shutdown that is out of our control, all fees will be refunded. At this point in time, we foresee asking that everyone shows proof of a negative COVID test, preferably taken within 24-48 hours of program start.

MAY WE BRING A PARTNER WITH US WHO IS NOT ATTENDING THE COURSE?
You may invite your partner to come and enjoy Asilomar with you while you take the course for the five days scheduled. We ask that you inform your companion that they cannot attend any part of the program with you, and that you will be rather preoccupied during the days of the program. We ask that you do not book into the triple or quad rooms if you are bringing a companion with you, but to only reserve the double room, for just you and your partner to share.

LOGISTICS  AND TRAVEL >>
Asilomar is a retreat center located right on the ocean in Pacific Grove, CA. Asilomar does not provide its own shuttle service to and from the various airports. Some of you may choose to fly in to Monterey Airport, some of you into San Jose International, and some of you into San Francisco International Airport. In each case, you will need to either rent a car or take an UBER or LYFT to Asilomar Conference Grounds in order to get to Asilomar from whichever airport you’ve chosen.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to email us.

We are so looking forward to taking our students through Module 5 this summer. While it’s been an extraordinary couple of years conducting programs online, allowing us to gather together from all corners and cultures of the world, there is no replacement for the benefits of learning together, side-by-side, sharing and supporting and building the kind of camaraderie that only comes from face-to-face personal interaction.
